The Light, The Legacy, and The Land: Introducing Larson’s Land Coffee

If you could have met Larson, you would have known it instantly. He was one of those kids who didn't just walk into a room—he lit it up. He was pure energy, a bright spark of joy, and the most loving little brother to Lincoln you could imagine. He had "the light," that special something that drew people in and made them smile.

On June 4th, 2021, we lost that physical light in a farm accident. But we refused to let the darkness win.
Building on the Rock
The last four years have been a journey of rebuilding—literally and spiritually. Through the heartbreak, our family—Mike, Nicole, and Lincoln—didn’t fall apart; we came together.
We welcomed God in to set a new foundation for our lives. As we rebuilt our home after a tornado and navigated the quiet days of grief, we leaned into our relationship with Christ. He has been the rock we stand on.
In that season of healing, we were blessed with a miracle: a reversal vasectomy that worked, bringing a new baby boy, Landry, into our arms. Landry is a testament to new beginnings, a little brother who will grow up knowing the legacy of the big brother he never got to meet.
A Cup of Restoration
Larson’s Land Coffee was born out of this season of restoration.
I started roasting coffee as a personal project—a way to keep my hands busy and support my own sobriety. It was a quiet, steadying rhythm in my life. But as the aroma of fresh roast filled our home, I realized this was about more than just me. It was a way to stay close to Larson.
As we poured our love into this craft, we also poured our love into the land. What started as a few animals has grown into a full farm with chickens, goats, ducks, and cows. This is Larson’s Land.
Our Mission: Keeping Larson's Legacy Alive
Today, Larson’s Land is a family mission carried by Mike, Nicole, Lincoln, and Landry. We are selling this coffee to keep Larson’s legacy alive and to help other families build the kind of bond we cherish.
The proceeds from every bag go directly to Larson’s Land Foundation (Non-Profit), where our mission is simple but vital: To help parents be the best parents they can be.
We want to empower dads and moms to truly be involved in their children's lives. We are building a community that offers:
Real Connection: Ideas for activities that get you and your kids working together.
Skill Building: Approved training on machines and building projects, teaching kids the value of working with their hands.
Support: A space where I can walk alongside other dads, sometimes helping them on their own sobriety journeys, but always encouraging them to lead their families with love.
When you drink Larson’s Land Coffee, you are supporting a story of redemption, faith, and family love. You are helping us honor a little boy with a bright light by spreading that light to families everywhere.
From our family to yours—thank you for being part of Larson’s Land.
